August, 2010 Brad and I are overjoyed by Judge Walker's ruling declaring Proposition 8 unconstitutional. This is a victory not only for the LGBT community, but for equality, our Constitution and the ideals of America. Those continuing to support the appeal of the ruling should mind their own marriage. Brad and I celebrated by popping a bottle of Champagne on Wednesday night.
